All clothing is printed using an advanced colour profile that guarantees hitting accurate colours through our Iris Super Pro DTF Printer. Direct to Film prints are longer lasting than Direct to Garment prints and generally hit a higher colour gamut range.
For single orders of stocked lines, orders will be produced and sent the same day as ordering.

You do not have to be a multi million dollar company, we are more than happy to assist start ups with promotional items and products. You are required to understand supplying print ready artwork, clear details of orders, have an understanding of the different print methods involved and not require hands on attention to do simple orders. Clear instructions and support are provided upon approval of membership.
Please provide artwork using our Instructions provided upon membership acceptance to our Print on Demand services. Artwork should be a minimum of 300dpi, we will not check the quality of your images, you are responsible for checking your artwork.
Materials and specifications of items should be checked on the suppliers websites, a list is available in members resources section.
You will need to provide:
- Print Ready Artwork. Clearly labelled and variants if changing in colour/size of garments.
- If multiple colours and sizes, please provide the Order sheet, available in members resources section.
- If being delivered directly to the end user, please provide a picking slip and/or invoice to be sent with products.
- Payment before work will commence.
While we endeavour to stock most fast moving items in a decent quantity, some items may have to be ordered from our suppliers. In the event that items are not available, you will be contacted to confirm that you are happy to wait. Most items are only days away if they are not in our physical stock.
Please be very specific if you have specific requirements on shipping/packaging. Extra costs may be involved if you require specific items/packaging.
All orders must be paid for prior to commencement/ordering of items.
